Waking up when September ends – popularised by the Grammy Award-winning pop punk band Green Day – can be a real bother. So I made this website to make it easy. Just enter a phone number, and it’ll automatically be dialled at 12:01 on October 1st. In its first year of operation, wakemeup.cool trended on the Green Day subreddit and woke up over a thousand people from more than 20 countries.
